This week in Florida has been super LIT
It started off a little sad because we dropped Achano this week, or I guess more accurately she dropped us, which was a shame cause she was one of most progressing people. But when one door closes another opens, which is exactly what happened this week!!!
We've got an update on our most progressing peeps: Grant was MIA for a bit BUT we were able to teach him twice AND HE IS SO ELECT!! He came to church last week and this week and has low-key asked what it takes to be a member of the church. He's amazing and has lots of great questions about the Book of Mormon and has a desire to read it!!!! Next on our super duper awesome elect people list is Narada and Danielle and their kids Mih'khayla, Nariah, and Narada (jr). They're family is super awesome!!!! At first we weren't sure how interested they were BUT we taught them a coupleof days ago and haha cool experience time, so we read from the Book of Enos and talked about having the desire and faith to have our prayers answered and we asked them if they had a desire to know if the Bool of Mormo was true and Danielle was like "well, I kind of already believe it's true, and trust me we wouldn't have had more lessons if we didn't believe it" -paraphrased badly by me. But it was so cool!! They weren't ableto make it to church on Sunday because Danielle works BUT she's getting her schedule changed this week so she will be free on Sundays! Oh boy who else hmmm man we're going to the beach today so my mind is on that hmmmmmmmmm who OH YEAH, Boni! She's this super sweet lady who has a TON of member friends and we taught her the restoration and she loved it!!! And our zone is putting on this restoration fireside!!! I'm playing an arrangement of praise to the man and and me and sister Adam's are talking about Moroni's visits, and we invited Boni to it this Saturday and she said she'd come!! And how could I even FORGET to mention Mary, so she was a referral and her whole family is pretty much members and she is NINETY THREE(93) YEARS OLD! she's a hoot, a lady in Mandarin 1st ward got baptized and we invited her and she came!
That's pretty much all our main progressing peeps. Sunday was really cocoococool Grant came, and this person we've been teaching in a part-member family, the non member's name is Tiptap, she's so sweet! We also has a less active member come again, and we think that she's on her way to being back for good! Miracles!!!!!!
Church was also superduper fun because I guess in this ward the missionaries are expected to be in choir and so we've been doing that and this last Sunday we sang "I need thee every hour"
Overall this has been a very busy but lit week! My favorite thing I read was 2 Nephi chapter 9, I love how Jacob teaches about the vital need for a infinite and eternal atonement for us to progress back to our father in Heaven. And how the atonement of Jesus Christ satisfies the demands of Justice and Mercy, on the conditions of our faith unto repentance.
Critter update: we found this grossssssss millipede while we were tracking GROSS!
Thank y'all so much for your love and prayers
